When the expected date of a payment has passed and the balance is not zero, the registration is “late”. Reminders go out on their own, by email, following the “Payment reminders” your choir sets in “Payment account” (by default: 7 days before, on the day, 7 and 14 days after). On the day of the last reminder, every member who has the “Registrations and finances” permission gets an alert by email, and the registration's line shows “reminders exhausted”. You decide whether to revoke, never the system, unless your choir has set “Payment default” to “Registration revoked automatically”; a registration paid off site is never revoked automatically.
- Filter the list on “Late”.
- Open the registration to see its balance and its payments.
- If the payment arrives off site, add it with “Add an off-site payment”.
- To remind by hand: “Send a reminder”, in the “Registrations and payments” tab of the season.
